Lover's Plea
Such a vibrant love as ours
Cannot fall off this tree
and succumb to Winter
No.
Darling, please...
Do not turn cold, your cheek...
There will never come a love like ours again.
Gently call the birds to return,
To rest upon our brows, and sing their embracing songs
Inside our hearts
And let the music come again
A love so bright
The stars will reconsider if it is truly night
Seek these docile hands of mine
Which cannot hold winter yet...
Cannot fall off this tree
and succumb to Winter
No.
Darling, please...
Do not turn cold, your cheek...
There will never come a love like ours again.
Gently call the birds to return,
To rest upon our brows, and sing their embracing songs
Inside our hearts
And let the music come again
A love so bright
The stars will reconsider if it is truly night
Seek these docile hands of mine
Which cannot hold winter yet...
It all began with a Raspberry Starfish...
